At Adriana`s Candles, we understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you. That's why offer fast and reliable shipping for all of our candle products. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If they are in stock, you can receive them in 3-4 working days. Otherwise, it will take around 5-6 days, depending on how big the order is. If you have any questions concerns about our shipping policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
At our candles shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you not happy with your order, or you received a different product than what you wanted, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Simply contact us within 5 days of receiving order and we will be happy to you with your return or exchange. If the 5 days have passed, the order is considered accepted.
